Meet the Stylist
Hello! My name is Kyle Bereuter, also known as Kyle MacDonnell, and I have been grooming since around 2022. I've been very fortunate to learn from groomers who have been in the trade for much longer, and continue to learn more every day!
I started grooming after finding a stray Miniature Poodle that we would eventually adopt, who we named Hopper! Starting from home grooming, I eventually applied to a grooming apprenticeship at the salon I'm in now, so we have Hopper to thank for my career change!He's also been a wonderful practice dog, putting up with all sorts of goofy, unfitting haircuts. (I'm still sort of partial to the schnauzer skirt look, but don't tell him that.)
Expo Attendance
I've had the good fortune of living very close to one of the most amazing grooming expos, US Pet Pro Classic! Since taking up grooming I've made an effort to attend every single year.So far I've attended 2024, 2025, and have plans to attend 2026 in the future. It's been a wonderful source of continuing education, as you can see by my certificates below.

All services will include a nail trim, nail grind (if permitted), bath with shampoo + conditioner, velocity dry, and cologne spritz! All baths are done with Earthbath Vanilla & Almond Shampoo + Conditioner, and Desheds are done with Laube's Deshedding Shampoo + Conditioner.I take all appointments 1-on-1. No juggling multiple dogs, no rushing, no panicked salon environment. Just me and your pup and however long they need to be completed safely and comfortably. I offer kennel free services as long as your pup is friendly towards my own cats and dogs, and is up to date on vaccines + flea/tick preventatives.All services are dropoff with a turnaround of 1hr to 3hrs depending on the service requested, with hand scissoring taking the longest. After your first appointment, I'll let you know how your dog did, and will be able to give you more accurate completion dates in the future.Any concerns or questions about a service? Policies & Requirements
To offset no-call-no-shows, a deposit of 50% of your appointment cost MUST be paid at the time of booking. This is refundable as long as you cancel at least 24 hours in advance!
Pets MUST be friendly with other dogs and cats! While I will be keeping everyone separate, I'd like to know that just incase anything happens, my own fur babies will be safe.
Only proof of Rabies is required to book, but I do strongly recommend that your pet be up to date on all recommended vaccines, for both their safety and mine. This is also because any bites or other severe injuries caused by your dog WILL be reported to animal control as needed, and for unvaccinated dogs this may cause them to be seized by the state for quarantine. Please keep your pups up to date on any shots needed!
Dogs found to have fleas/ticks will be stopped immediately and requested to be picked up ASAP. No fleas in my home please!
In the event that I cannot complete your pet's service, either due to behavioral issues or medical issues, you will be refunded for your deposit.
In the event of a medical emergency, pets will be taken to VCA Metroplex on Airport Freeway.

I sometimes also do custom pet portraits! These will always be on my Ko-fi when I have slots available.

| This file will be large enough that you can take it to any place capable of high quality printing (Office Depot, Fedex, local print shops, online print shops) to have a print made. Typically it will fit most ~8.5x11in printing sizes, but if you need larger please let me know in advance! |

Payment is due first, via my Ko-Fi commission page. You will be required to upload a picture of your dog, and a description of the art you want.
You will recieve a watermarked sketch of your commission before I complete it. You may cancel the commission at this point or request any changes needed. In the event of a cancellation, I retain ownership of the sketch and may reuse it as seen fit for other drawings.
I may decline any commission requests for any reason. A refund will be issued in these instances.
Commissioned art may be used for any personal use, but not for commercial use. For commercial licensing, please contact me via email first!
